Responsibilities
- Apply structured software engineering practices (e.g., clean architecture, testing, DevOps, modularization) to new technology contexts
- Engage with modern tools and platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure AI services
- Work on real-world business cases involving conversational AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation
- Contribute to the development of AI-driven and low-code business solutions using Microsoft technologies
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues to continuously improve your skills and deliver high-quality solutions
- Participate in system design, data modeling, and integration discussions
- Bring a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset to every challenge
Requirements
- Educational background in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
- One or more of the following:
- Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and AI solution delivery
- Motivation to learn and collaborate with experienced colleagues
- Solid software engineering background and the ability to apply structured methods (e.g., clean architecture, testing, DevOps, modularization) in new technology context
- High interest in topics such as:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Dynamics 365
- Conversational AI (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio)
- Generative AI and LLMs (e.g., Azure OpenAI)
- Understanding of system design, data modeling, or integration patterns
- Structured thinking, hands-on mentality, and problem-solving mindset
- Solid communication skills in English (B2+); German is a plus
- Nice to have:
- Experience or exposure to AI, chatbots, or low-code projects
- Knowledge of Python or C# or JavaScript/TypeScript or SQL or similar languages
- Familiarity with Microsoft certifications like PL-400, AI-900, or AI-102
