We are looking for an Azure AI & Integration Developer who combines strong C#/.NET and Azure integration skills with interest and hands-on experience in AI solutions. In this role, you will build scalable Azure solutions, integrate enterprise systems, and deliver intelligent applications using modern Microsoft technologies such as Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain C#/.NET APIs and Azure cloud solutions (modern .NET LTS versions).
  • Build Azure integrations using Functions, Web Apps/App Service, and API Management.
  • Implement event-driven solutions using Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hubs.
  • Create AI-driven solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Work with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts in client solutions.
  • Apply engineering best practices: clean code, SOLID, DDD, and code reviews.
  • Set up and improve CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
  • Ensure secure and reliable solutions using Key Vault, Managed Identity, and observability tooling.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in C#/.NET API development.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure PaaS development and integration.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns and event-driven architectures.
  • Interest or experience in AI, Copilot solutions, Azure AI.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-driven

Nice to have
-Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep).
-Familiarity with OWASP security principles.
-Azure certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-204, AZ-305, or AI-900.

Salary Range
We value your expertise and offer a competitive salary range of €3000 – €5000 gross, tailored to your experience and qualifications.

Step 1
Getting to know you
We would like to get to know you! After you have indicated your interest to us, you will be called by one of our Recruiters. We will tell you more about Macaw, have a genuine interest in you and will be happy to answer your first questions.
Step 2
The first conversation
Unlike what you might be used to at other companies, we like to connect you directly with the people who truly understand the role. Instead of a trip to the office, we’ll set up a relaxed video call- no need to dress up, just bring your favorite drink. You’ll chat with one or two team members from the department you’re applying to. They’re happy to share what their day looks like and just as eager to learn what motivates you. Approachable, inspiring, and informative - that’s the kind of conversation we aim for!
Step 3
The second conversation
Hooray, you have come so far that a follow-up has been scheduled. We will carefully select two new interviewees you will often have to deal with in your job. This could be a direct colleague and someone from management. At the end of the interview, you will know for sure: I want to work at Macaw!
Step 4
An assessment
Depending on the position and your ambitions, we will schedule an assessment. Good to know is that we do not use this assessment as a selection tool, but as a development tool! We do not judge you on it, but rather look at where we, as a potential employee, can support you in your development.
